Promissol Sanctuary encompasses the vision of the Sanctuary of LUBOF:
Living-in-Universal-Beauty-as-One-Family, into a daily living experience.
For more info about Living-in-Universal-Beauty-as-One-Family visit Lubof.org
Throughout our activities, we anchor the divine essence into the earthly dimension allowing an open communication between the human and the divine world. Fostering our multidimensional connection with Universal Life, we uphold the inherent sacredness of all life, and pass on this responsibility of caring for our dear planet earth with its different kingdoms for future generations. Our lives become a Living School of Love where everyone opens up to the multi-dimensions of oneself, nature and the universe.
To provide a clear communication, we share
a summary understanding of the terms we use:
The Sanctuary of L.U.B.O.F., Living in Universal Beauty as One Family, a nonprofit tax-exempt Church Assembly, established in the state of Hawaii on January 1st, 2006 considers love as the greatest power in the universe and intends to restore a way of living in which Love is the fundamental motivation in our life. Lubof means Love in Bulgarian.
Living-in-Universal-Beauty-as-One-Family clearly states that all human beings, as well as all beings from different kingdoms and dimensions, are brothers and sisters.
To assist this expansion in consciousness, the Sanctuary of Lubof offers a methodology called Soul Essence Education, which is a teaching developing the skills to integrate the dimension of our hearts and souls into Living, Loving and Learning Together. Living-in-Universal-Beauty-as-One-Family expands our earthly living into a multi-dimensional living experience: a UniversCity where we acknowledge being universal citizens.
One of the important missions of the Sanctuary of LUBOF is to promote and foster the establishment of Spaces of Love.
Promissol Sanctuary is a collective project under the umbrella of the Sanctuary of Lubof.
Promissol is a Bulgarian word meaning ‘providence’ and in the French language it translates to ‘promised land’.
Sanctuary is an intentional circle of sacredness.
Living, Loving and Learning is a way of living where ‘school is life and love is the lesson’.
A ComeUnity conveys that we all come together upholding the same vision.
Living Agriculture is a holistic approach to living on the land, anchored upon the fundamental premise that human beings belong to and are a part of the land, ‘Mother Earth’.
Understanding how nature synchronizes all the different life forms she supports, human life becomes peaceful, happy and, even when presented with challenges, finds the resources to harmonize the different events into a loving unity of experience: Space of Love.
Space of Love
An individual Space of Love is a Home Sanctuary built with love by either an individual or a family, in which all live in peace and abundance, and co-create with all life forms and all kingdoms the universal beauty expressed through our Soul Essence.
A village Space of Love is a community of individual Spaces of Love, inspired and guided by the vision of co-creating paradise on earth. As a collective Space of Love, made up of individual Spaces of Love, we offer the best conditions for universal love to flourish and prosper.
Being a ‘sanctuary’, creating a Space of Love represents a sacred act, an inner call and a soul commitment. In building our Space of Love, we establish a celestial home for our soul here on earth. Imbued by our highest spirituality, it becomes the chalice of the divine, transcending time. Its essence and frequency will attract alike soul qualities. Like a spiritual ‘timeshare’ in which we can always come back, one’s Space of Love is not only for oneself, it is shared in time with likeminded souls. And every time, there is more love, more beauty, more peace, more prosperity and more joy …
The term “Space of Love’ is inspired by Anastasia:
“People are the children of God. The world of animals and plants, the air and the space around us – these are also God’s creations.
Let each one of us receive a small plot of God’s land, pull his whole mind and whole spirituality together and create a very small but concrete Paradise. He will transform his little piece of land on our large planet into a Space of Love: a flourishing garden, giving a material embodiment to his spirituality, following God’s example.
If millions of people do this in a whole lot of countries, then the whole Earth will become a flourishing garden, and there won’t be any wars, because millions of people will be engaged in a grand co-creation.”

Further in the document, we offer more detailed clarification about the concepts we uphold.
Before beginning to expound the details of our community project, we want to share some of the principles we follow in many of our manifestations. These principles will provide a better understanding and more clarity about our way of living
1. Creation and manifestation
All creation happens from subtle, invisible realms into more and more visible realms. This manifestation process follows specific steps, and the creation of a community happens through a similar process. It is the vision that an intentional community upholds that will express itself into a physical manifestation.
If we pursue this natural way of manifestation, we imitate how the one invisible light reflects itself into the array of the beautiful rainbow colors. Each of the colors represents a different degree of manifestation, creating different worlds of existence, from the subtle into more and more denser worlds. These worlds are often referred to as dimensions or realms.
The terms we use here are but one way of naming these dimensions. Each one may translate them into one’s own ‘used-to’ terminology.
From the Oneness emerges a divine potential (Athmic Realm) that becomes an all-embracing environment (Buddhic Realm) in which a fundamental blueprint organizes itself (Causal Realm). This blueprint manifests itself through the substances of thought-forms and emotions into a physical visible form.
In the creation of any aspiration, the intention (the oneness) brings into being the vision (the divine potential), from where everything manifests.
This manifestation journey starts from the realm where we place our aspiration: I want to bring peace (Buddhic Realm), I want to make money (Mental Realm), I want to have my secure place (Emotional Realm) …
Therefore, we take the time to clarify our intention and specify our vision.
2. Creation and manifestation of a Vision
From the ‘Intention’, we discern the different aspects that give form to the structure of the community.
One embarks on a journey to discover how the vision will manifest into form: how one can express the aspiration through the heart and let one’s philosophical concepts be imbued by this new energy.
3. A vision is formed by human beings
As a human being we represent a same blueprint.
Ideally, our divine soul mirrors itself throughout our human expression.
4. Our Manifestation Journey
Our Intention
Anchoring a portal for Heaven on Earth
Our Spiritual Ideal
Co-creating a 5th dimensional community where peace, beauty and prosperity reigns for all kingdoms and within all dimensions, for this generation and future generations.
Our Spiritual Environment
Embracing the World of Love which unites and cradles all of creation, we co-create a Space of Love:
- Build your home; it provides a happy life;
- Cultivate your garden; it offers healthy food;
- Follow your inner guidance; you can decipher and manifest your gift;
- Believe in co-creation, and a world of love opens up for you.
Our Spiritual Perceptions
- We are Star-Beings and our divine essence is Love.
- We are part of a Universal Family, united in the Consciousness of Love.
- We are all Unique Beings, Sovereign in our choices and responsible for their consequences.
- We are co-Creators of our life and Creators of our experiences.
- We come to earth to develop and express Soul Gifts in order to offer our Essence to others.
- We choose our parents and our environment as the foundation of our present Soul Essence Journey.
Our Philosophical Concepts
We understand that the minerals and stones, the plants, the animals, and the humans are also part of the Universal Family; therefore, we choose to take care of them and protect them in a sacred way offering them the space and conditions to express their essence.
We acknowledge that behind every physical manifestation exist a spiritual being; we include their sovereignty within our co-creation.
We recognize that the earth is transcending into her 5th dimensional state, Gaia, and new methods and opportunities are presented for humanity to anchor this new frequency; a natural, simple and vegetarian diet without recreational drugs and tobacco offers the best conditions for the human ascension.
Within this ascension journey, the notion of the nuclear family broadens out into a universal kinship; we adjust our personal view point into a collective relationship.
We integrate the two aspects of our being:
-
- We are one in Soul Essence, and
- we are individual aspects of its expression;
Manifesting a community is a co-creative process where the sovereignty and wellbeing of all members receives respect and support.
All creation constructs its manifestation upon the sacred geometry of the Flower of Life. We integrate this magical blueprint in the building and outline of our village to fashion it into a sanctuary of beauty.
Our Methodology
We know Love as the most powerful force in the universe and base our life upon this essence; we choose for love, out of love and in love.
We integrate the methods and tools of Soul Essence Education. For more information, visit SoulEssenceEducation.org.
We choose sustainability within the community and with the surrounding environment, and offer these practices to future generations.
Together with other dimensional worlds, we co-create our community. We closely co-create with the nature spirits and with the different natural cycles of manifestation.
We respect each one’s personal expression towards the divine and our hearts unite within the diversity of our spiritual practices.
We make our organizational choices within a circle with Consensus.
We consider all of humanity as one family. Therefore, we live within a family dynamic and practice a ‘Living in Giving’ Economy at the Sanctuary and throughout our lives.
We consider each one as a sovereign being and respect each individual’s life choices, as long as these choices are in alignment with our collective agreements.
In order to sustain a harmony for all, we observe a balance between personal and collective interests, personal and collective needs, and physical and spiritual activities.
Recognizing that we are the creators of our life’s experiences, we accept the responsibility to resolve any challenge we encounter in practicing Ho’oponopono. In the event that the misunderstanding or differences have difficulties in resolving, a Peace Circle may be called in to resolve these misunderstandings.
We choose, as much as possible, for natural ways to sustain and take care of our surroundings and ourselves.
All community events are free of alcohol, recreational drug and tobacco. Our collective meals are vegetarian with a vegan/raw option.
Our Form and Activities
We realize that the diversity of Oneness is found within the co-creation of Paradise on Earth. For more information on what and how that could look, see: “Let’s take a tour of what we envision.”
5. A personal Inquiry
A forest shows us how each tree is grounded within its root system while expanding its branches into the splendor of the forest. Every tree within the forest contributes its essence to this cocreation.
In a similar way, a community forms itself through individuals who come from their ‘sovereignty’ (their root system) to co-create together (expanding one’s branches).
This image shows how our human consciousness interconnects with the collective consciousness, the latter reflects itself in the organization and manifestation of the collectivity: the beauty of the forest.
It also emphasizes the importance of each tree totally aligned with the vision of a forest so it can offer its essence in a truthful cocreation, and the forest can genuinely receive its contribution.
This alignment is more than an intellectual consideration of the vision and mission. It requires profound contemplation on how to imply its concepts in one’s personal life. As a prerequisite, this alignment represents a personal inner reflection before embarking on a collective undertaking.
It is very important, before embarking on a collective community-journey, to identify if your personal life fits totally within the vision of the community. It is not a question you can answer overnight. It is a contemplative journey. First of all, you want to become clear about your soul’s aspirations, your core beliefs and heart’s desires: three realms which guide us, often unconsciously, in life. Secondly, you want to take the time to profoundly embrace the various concepts of the vision.
Trying to fit the vision of the community into one’s personal life, creates a ‘cancer’ within the community. It weakens the community’s strength through conflict and tension. Three results are possible: the vision of the community adapts and changes, the personal intention aligns with the vision, or the person(s) leave.
6. An individual and collective Journey
Once we become clear about our life’s commitment within the community vision, we can start a conscious co-creation.
Entering into a community-life is like planting a fruit tree. Your life’s activities are going to change; they center around the growth and needs of the tree. If well attended and cared for, this community will give you its fruits later on.
The formation of a community is partly a personal, individual development, and partly a collective realization. Through this two-folded journey, we can express the beauty of our vision in the purest way possible.
We are aware of
the ‘utopic’ newness of this model
Presenting a community setting, created as a ‘Space of Love’ in which a loving co-creation with visible and invisible kingdoms lays at the foundation for establishing harmony, peace and prosperity for all on earth may seem like a farfetched fairytale.
Yes! Most humans have placed the gnomes, leprechauns, fairies, dragons, elves, angels, and other invisible beings into the fantasy world, believing that they could create a better world without them. Sadly, we witness that our world has not become a ‘better’ place and that most of humanity are not that happy nor prosperous, and neither are the animal, plant and stone kingdoms, and certainly not the invisible realms.
We believe strongly that to restore peace and prosperity for all on Earth, we must take all of Earth’s kingdoms into account. While the Earth is transcending into Mother Gaia, and if we want to be part of that ascension journey, we must consider Mother Earth/Gaia as our reference point in making our choices. As a loving mother, she embraces the wellbeing of all her children.
Inasmuch as Gaia is a part of our solar system, which in itself is a part of our galaxy, which is a part of the universe, humanity and all the different kingdoms on earth belong to this universe as well. We all belong to the universal family and as a universal citizen we want to live in this universal beauty as one family!
The project of Promissol Sanctuary aspires to bring back the abundant beauty of nature overflowing its life-force towards all creatures. We cultivate the opening of our hearts to receive and share this flourishing universal Love. Only within this Love, our minds may grasp the real comprehension of our stewardship-role on earth; so that we can remember how to co-create paradise here.
We do acknowledge the healing journey we all are on to expand our heart and mind towards universal Love. We also recognize the courage and honesty it takes, and the daily practice it requires. This journey involves a keen observation and understanding of our sub-consciousness and unconsciousness in which our deepest wounds hide. It calls for a humble relationship with our true Soul Essence and a respectful attitude towards oneself and others when we disguise our wounds and try to justify our mindset. It is an expedition like climbing Mt Everest, and by embarking on this worthy journey, we may discover the ‘lost’ paradise …
We are together on this journey, and together we can do miracles. Our motto is: “we are perfect–and with room for improvement”.
Let’s take a tour of what we envision :
Walking through our Entrance of fragrant trees, following a road bordered with flowers, plants and fruit trees, you arrive at our:
1 – Aloha Center: an open-hearted place where you can relax, have a refreshing drink and taste our local products. Artistic handmade gifts are available here. The Aloha Center is also our office and administration center with an overview of Promissol and its projects. Visitors are welcome, and may visit, watch and partake in ongoing activities.
From here you can go to the:
2 – Hale Ohana: a gathering place at the heart of Promissol, with a community kitchen and dining room. A community meal is prepared at noon. Many types of gatherings occur at all times, during or after our community meals.
3 – Forum Hall: a meeting room to host workshops, lectures or symposiums, surrounded by simple guest facilities for lodging.
4 – Rainbow Tree: our educational campus for children where a fountain in the center reminds us of the never-ending joy of life. Encircling the fountain are individual pods for different soul-phase groups of children. In a larger circle around the pods are the arts and crafts studios, where artists receive a studio in exchange for mentoring their skills to children and adults. There are also studios for music and dance, for math, languages, and sciences, surrounded with areas for sports and recreation. There are living spaces for young adults following the Rainbow Bridge Program, and for overnight guests. Special-needs children are welcome as long as we are able to offer an appropriate approach.
For more information, visit RainbowTreeSoL.org
5 – Creation Shop ~ Resource Center: a complex for construction and maintenance for Promissol structures, with storage of materials and tools. Here we find our Restoration Station to transform waste into something beneficial for humans and for the environment.
6 – Renewal Garden: a cluster of buildings offering different types of healing modalities, as well as support for birthing and transitioning. Designed in harmony with sacred geometries, color, tone and vibration, the Renewal Garden supports health and well-being for our physical and spiritual bodies.
7 – Theater: a performance center offering multi-media presentations.
8 – Haven of Heaven: an ensemble of quiet living spaces for those who want to take time to relax, to connect with nature, or concentrate on a spiritual practice. It also supports longer retreats in order to receive inner teachings and reconnect with inner dreams.
Spiritual practices and methodologies are offered to assist the inner journey.
We also have the permanent resident housing, where each dwelling is surrounded by gardens to ensure continuity and privacy.
Woven within the Haven of Heaven are animal sanctuaries for abandoned and old animals, offering healing and hospice care for their wounded hearts and bodies.
9 – Temple: a two-winged temple consecrated for prayer, meditation, and spiritual celebrations. The Temple represents our portal to communicate and interact with other dimensions. In the two wings, you can find books, CDs and DVDs for study, reading, reflection and collaboration on many topics.
All Centers are ecologically built on the blueprint of the Flower of Life.
Energy is supplied by renewable sources.
Closed-loop systems for waste and wastewater characterize the self-sufficient design of the village.
All around the Center are clusters of living places with gardens harmoniously woven into the land, minimizing infrastructure to maximize open and common land for cooperative agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, and ecosystem restoration.
Gardens offer their delicacies and nourishment, as well as their unique beauty, providing sustainability, convenience and privacy.
The land upholds Sacred Places as the dwellings for nature spirits where we can enter into correlation with their pristine origin.
Organization of Promissol Sanctuary
Land
In upholding that ‘people belong to the land’, we place the land in ‘ownership’ of Love-Land, a trust which upholds “not selling the land”, and thus, returning it to Mother Gaia.
Love-Land-Trust is under the umbrella of the Sanctuary of Lubof.
Practical management
We organize ourselves on the blueprint of the Flower of Life: circles within circles overlapping each other, all connected with the center circle: our vision.
Each of our “Circles” has its specific configuration. Like each of the seven colors in the rainbow representing their specific frequency, which together manifest this magical beauty, each circle has its own different role in the fullness of the manifestation. (No activity or person has more controlling power.)
Our main four organizational units facilitate a simple, clear, practical, productive and authentic co-creative expansion of our vision.
Each unit operates in their way of genuine functioning.
Their Interaction
Lubof Counsel
The Lubof Counsel represents the divine flame of Promissol Sanctuary. It is formed by ministers of the Sanctuary of Lubof who participate in the project of Promissol. (Ministers are people who have dedicated their life to deepen, embody and exemplify the vision of the Sanctuary of Lubof.)
The purpose of the Lubof Counsel is to maintain, guide and protect the essence of our vision. In upholding a spiritual focus in all manifestations of our vision, the Lubof Counsel inspires and encourages the alignment with Living Agriculture in Spaces of Love.
If the Counsel experiences a concern, they may call in a meeting for clarification and realignment. Also, any resident(s) of the Village Space of Love, who feels a discomfort about the way a situation evolves as it seems in contradiction with the ideal of our vision, may request a meeting with the Lubof Counsel.
Village Space of Love
Our Village Space of Love is formed by all residents: people residing full-time on the land.
Each one lives in a private location, their private Space of Love, fulfilling their needs as an individual, a couple or a family. Their location is agreed upon within Promissol Stewardship. Each private Space of Love is respected in its privacy.
As a collective Space of Love, all our dwellings, private and collective, weave within the landscape, upholding a footprint as small as possible on the land.
Each one builds (as much as possible), governs, organizes and maintains their own Space of Love, in alignment with our guidelines.
The Village Space of Love organizes our two weekly collective activities: one in our gardens and one for our building projects.
Together, forming our village, each resident represents a unique perfume of beauty in the village, as a living inspiration for Living Agriculture in a Space of Love. Each one may choose to participate in the overall organization of Promissol, understanding that if one decides not to participate, their non-participation means that they accept the choices being made.
Promissol Stewardship
Being all stewards on the land, some people will take on a more precise role to maintain a healthy and prosperous wellbeing for all involved on the land.
The Promissol Stewardship oversees the harmonious co-creation of the different projects, people, gardens, animals and nature spirits on the land. They uphold the vision of Living Agriculture in Spaces of Love.
The role of the Promissol Stewardship is to facilitate consensus-making choices, by presenting studied and examined proposals to the Village Space of Love.
The Promissol Stewardship members (12 member maximum) are long-term residents offering their expertise in an unfolding expansion. Within this stewardship we introduce:
- Building Circle: manages building projects, building material and building equipment.
- Harmony Circle: synchronizes the particular needs of different kingdoms: stone, plant, animal, etheric, human and invisible worlds.
- Communication Circle: deals with all administrative communications, to and from Promissol Sanctuary.
- Garden Circle: coordinates nurseries, gardens, orchards, greenhouses and all garden and farm equipment.
- Beauty and Creativity Circle: orchestrates the beautifying of all and everything, as well as craft and decorative materials.
- Prosperity Circle: organizes a financial and practical contribution into a sustainable prosperity for all, balancing and stabilizing the financial situation in a steady and self-sustainable flow.
- Vision Circle: deepens and explores the vision of our Sanctuary in order to refine and expand its manifestation.
Each of these seven circles has minimum 1, maximum 2 members of the Promissol Stewardship. They each may invite others within their circle, if need be, on a temporary or long-term basis. All of their choices and proposals are presented in the Promissol Stewardship meeting. After the choices and proposals are presented in the Promissol Stewardship meeting, they are presented for consensus to the Village Space of Love.
Each year, the Promissol Stewardship is renewed, either by maintaining those within the stewardship or including new residents. This is done by consensus in the Village meeting.
Activity Circle
Every Proposal that includes collective place(s) and resources becomes an “Intentional Project”, which becomes part of the Activity Circle.
To start up an Intentional Project, the Project Team presents to the Lubof Counsel their vision and mission with a plan of action towards longevity, as well as the service their activity offers towards Promissol and/or the surrounding community. At least one of the Team members is a resident at Promissol.
After being accepted and/or advised by the Lubof Counsel, they present their plan of action to the Promissol Stewardship. Together, they work out practical and financial agreements for a win-win co-creation. After which, they present their project with all its practical and financial agreements for consensus approval to the Village Space of Love.
Each Intentional Project takes full responsibility for governing, organizing and maintaining their welfare and grounds.
The Activity Circle encompasses all Intentional Projects. Within the Activity Circle, they may propose to coordinate their activities, resources, needs and expertise into a harmonious, efficient and sustainable co-creation for all. As a helpful support, these propositions are suggested to the Promissol Stewardship who will consider them.
The members of the Activity Circle are one person of each Intentional Project. Each Intentional Project is free to choose to participate within this Circle, understanding that no participation means that they accept the choices being made.
People of Promissol Sanctuary
Residents
Residents are all who live full-time on the land, within their private Space of Love. Some of the residents live within the grounds of their Project. For example, the steward of the retreat center lodges at Haven of Heaven, or the Rainbow Tree Family lives at Rainbow Tree Space of Love.
To be a resident, we accept to live within a universal family dynamic and practice a ‘Living in Giving’ approach to life. We understand that we embark on a Soul Journey, where any investment becomes a ‘Pay it Forward’ towards this new way of living.
To become a resident, a request is made to the Promissol Stewardship who will contemplate the possibility and present it to the Village Space of Love for further consideration. Temporary lodging will be offered. Each new student-resident receives a personal mentor to accompany him or her on this journey. We offer a month of try-it-out period. At the end of the month, we have an open sharing within the Village Space of Love to consider a year of student-resident experience. At any time, an open sharing can be called in, by the student-resident or by the Village Space of Love, to address any concern that may arise.
If, at any moment a resident feels called to go elsewhere, any financial investment will be considered as a ‘Pay it Forward’ to the vison of Promissol. The Sanctuary will offer any possible support for his or her new path, in accordance with the consensus of the Village Space of Love.
Guests
Guests are people coming for a certain period for a specific reason and are welcomed within a guest room.
Guests can be invited through a workshop or specific program wherein their needs are provided. They align with the specific guidelines of that center.
Guests can also ask to come and stay at our healing center, transitioning center, retreat center, birthing center, etc. They align with the specific guidelines of that configuration.
People can also ask to come and stay as a guest to visit for a specific period. In this case, the Village Space of Love takes on the responsibility for their care.
Students
Students who want to learn about our way of ComeUnity-Living may communicate this aspiration to the Village Space of Love who considers the possibility. Students are also people who want to become a resident and go through their first year of student-resident participation at Promissol.
In exchange for an agreed upon participation, students receive a temporary Space of Love for their lodging. They maintain beauty and cleanliness of the place, and any changes they want to bring in will be considered within the Village Space of Love.
Friends and family
Friends and Family are invited by one of the Residents. In this situation, the resident will take care of them.
Participants
Participants are people who participate in one of the Intentional Projects and do not live on the land. They align with the guidelines of that respective Intentional Project.
Participation at Promissol Sanctuary
Sovereign Participation
Respecting each one’s sovereignty, we allow each one to determine their way of participation in the overall expansion and manifestation of Living Agriculture at Promissol. In the same token, we respect also the sovereignty of the collective. Balancing both within a harmonious co-creation, Promissol Stewardship, therefore, consents together with the Village Space of Love the different participations.
To maintain a kin spirit of our Village, we recommend hands-on participations of the two fundamental activities within a Space of Love: gardening and building.
Hands-on Participation
Functioning as a collective Space of Love, we do have collective orchards and gardens, as well as ongoing building projects. We promote a weekly 4-hour participation for residents and students in both our garden and building collective activity; collective projects are proposed by the Village Space of Love. Of course, all friends, guests, participants or anyone else are always welcome to participate with us.
Other participations in different sectors can be proposed.
Additional jobs in the maintenance and well-functioning of our village may be remunerated, if determined by Promissol Stewardship.
Financial Participation
Working through a family consciousness, our financial agreements are organized as an open book for all involved; everyone involved may look into these numbers.
Each one, resident, guest or student, takes full responsibility of his or her own financial needs.
Each Intentional Project takes full responsibility of its own financial needs and organization.
For every resident and student, and for each Intentional Project, a monthly contribution will be agreed upon as to cover overhead expenses.
The Financial Management at Promissol promotes “Living in Giving”. This concept calls forth a re-education of our rapport with money as well as with our inner security, and, thus, represents a healing journey into the protected feeling that we are provided by the universe. Notions, such as “earning your living” become as obsolete as the exploitation of people and resources. We adopt the principle of “Pay it Forward”.
We accompany and support each other on this healing journey.
To follow nature’s example, Promissol Sanctuary will not create a situation of debt towards someone or allow any project to go into debt.
Respecting each one’s sovereignty on this journey, we accept each one’s personal relationship and functioning with their private money and possessions. In situations in which a financial implementation impedes on our overall vision and direction, Lubof Circle will invoke an encounter with the person or Intentional Activity to address the issues and offer support for readjusting the healing journey.
All buildings and all infrastructure, personal, collective or specific for an Intentional Activity, belong to Promissol Sanctuary, as well as all collective tools, commodities, possessions, cars or equipment. When a resident or Intentional Activity chooses to leave the Sanctuary, any building or infrastructure that was in their care will be a “Pay it Forward” towards Promissol Sanctuary.
Each person or Intentional Activity may own their personal possessions or tools.
To finance any building, infrastructure, tool or required commodity, Promissol applies this protocol:
- A person, a donation, a grant, an Intentional Activity, Promissol, or all of the above donate the cost.
- A resident donates the cost in a specific exchange for his or her monthly contribution, if consented by the Promissol Village. In this case, the resident accepts that, when he or she leaves or transitions before the amount is balanced out, Promissol is free of any debt.
Witnessing how our solar system functions, we observe each planet circulating around the sun in its sovereign rhythm and speed, co-creating all together a harmony known as the ‘Music of the Spheres’. No entity is in charge; not even the sun, who sends out its light to all.
In our co-creation together as a ComeUnity, we inspire ourselves upon this image. Being on our journey towards such degree of sovereignty in which every choice comes from a pure heart and mind for the wellbeing of all, we adopt ‘consensus within the circle’ to help us to find the best option for any situation.
The concept of consensus, as we apply it, may be different than how some people understand it. Our journey of consensus is a journey of the heart. Consensus for us means to feel (sensus) together (con). Our concept of consensus implies four requirements:
- listening to inner guidance: “I connect with and follow my soul’s path.”
- self-expression: “I communicate what is in my heart and soul.”
- integrating different viewpoints: “I am able to listen with an open heart to others”
- feeling of oneness: “I am part of all and all is part of me.”
Whenever we face a challenge, we have a choice to make or a difficulty to resolve, we call in a circle with all concerned. While describing the situation in question, we reflect on the dynamics in play and how we can bring them towards our ‘ideal vision’. We go around the circle where everyone may express themselves; honoring each point of view, we look for what feels to best represent our vision within the possibilities of today. We go around and around until we all feel good about the best solution.
By adopting this journey of consensus, a higher consciousness and awareness reveals itself for all to see, feel and touch. Our consensus circle is a vehicle for all to come aboard and be lifted into new ways of being, evolving us towards a higher truth of the whole.
And a journey it is! Each one is asked to prepare oneself to contribute to a heartfelt consensus process. What follows is an outline of the steps to practice before embarking on our consensus journey: it is like doing your ‘homework’ first.
The consensus process begins with opening up one’s heart. To go on our consensus journey, you are called upon to go in your own inner heart and step into the realm of togetherness, leaving behind the world of separatism created by the ego-mind. Sometimes this brings up fears, doubts, defense mechanisms, insecurities, emotional wounds, uncertainties, withdrawal, anxiety– all results of being attached to old thought forms. “Feeling together” is the best antidote for releasing and healing those patterns. You need to have the courage and dare to step into this ‘loving space of togetherness’ in which we are all one. This makes you vulnerable, yet it is this vulnerability that represents the strength of our consensus. It allows the force of love to flow among us. This process of vulnerability is each one’s first homework.
If you don’t see to this beforehand, the whole journey of consensus is pulled into your personal process, and instead of a discovery journey for the best choice in alignment with our vision, the journey becomes a healing work for your individual evolution.
From this feeling of togetherness, the sense of trust awakens–trust that we are all on the same journey of manifesting our vision in the best way. This process requires a second homework: Is my concern the manifestation of our shared vision? Or, am I more interested in an expression of another vision? These questions are very important to be answered in the most honest way. No answer to these questions are a right or a wrong answer. If your concern is really the manifestation of the group’s vision, you can enter into the journey of consensus. If your concern is more towards another vision, the journey of consensus is deviated into a process of discerning where your real interest lies.
Out of respect for yourself and for the group, it is better to do this homework first and in depth before even considering participating in a consensus-journey. Take your time to discover if you can totally embrace the vision of the group, if that vision is in alignment with your heart’s essence, and if it really resonates with your deepest aspirations. These answers must be totally aligned. You cannot embrace them halfway, because sooner or later this engenders a conflict between the group’s vision and your own. When totally embracing the group’s vision, your personal vision becomes part of this bigger vision. By consenting to the necessary steps for its manifestation, your personal vision is taken care of, and this is one of the biggest concepts to heal …
The third homework involves the ability to focus on the concept, freed from any past or present emotional and/or mental limitations. This aspect is quite a demanding homework. It requires inner work on your feeling patterns, and an understanding of their influence on your actions and reactions, as well as on your thoughts and perceptions. If you are tangled up in emotional issues linked to a mental concept, it is impossible to journey on an honest discovery for consensus. Like a leak in a bucket, unresolved emotional incidents are wounds that drain the love energy of the group. Sometimes this entanglement can become a huge emotional wave overwhelming the whole group, and wash away the real concept of the consensus item. To avoid this risk, it is critical to sincerely inquire if some personal problems are pulling you into an emotional state that overtakes your thinking and overloads everything with your ‘reality’. No consensus can take place in such an environment, and the whole process will become an unraveling of your emotional and/or mental entanglement.
When you find yourself in a loving space of togetherness, concerned about the manifestation of the vision and free of personal issues, you are ready to integrate the fourth homework: listen with wonder to every idea. This fourth homework as an important input to arrive at consensus. Without the first three conditions, this fourth approach is not possible. It takes some practice to listen openly; different methods can be brought into play, such as using a talking stick, or talking ‘one by one’ going around the circle. However, the best expression is to recognize that you are really free, relaxed and open to listen to whom is talking. Whenever you feel tense, anxious, frustrated, agitated, worried, impatient, angry, apprehensive, separate, unable to share, lonely, abandoned, ignored, excluded, etc. or urged to reply, it is time to check if some aspects from the first three ‘homeworks’ need some attention. Sometimes, some assistance can be helpful; many different tools exist to facilitate this process. It is important to be honest with yourself, and out of respect for the group, to first concentrate on yourself before participating in consensus.
That brings us to the fifth homework: consensus requires a level of trust, trust in yourself, trust in the others and foremost, trust in the Guiding Force of the Vision. Journeying towards consensus is a treasure hunt for the best choice. That choice is somewhere, and it is fun to search for it. We know it exists, and we trust we will find it. We acknowledge that this process is far bigger than our conscious mind can grasp, and we recognize its magic and innocence. We comprehend that whomever is present at the consensus circle is called to be there, and acts for the wellbeing of the vision and for the wellbeing of the whole group. We are open for the unexpected explorations that can show up, allowing wonders to take place that will permit our consciousnesses to journey towards consensus.
This journeying introduces us to the sixth homework. For example, when going on a trail hike with a family, we do not ask the three-year-old to carry the picnic bag for the whole group. We spontaneously value the difference between the child and the adult. Their input for consensus on what to bring will not be equal, because the child recognizes the respectful quality and competence of the adult who will carry the bag. In the same manner, consensus esteems an innate respect for an intrinsic ‘expertise’ as an inner acceptance of a natural ‘esteem’. This intrinsic quality-recognition and natural-esteem can only express itself in a trusting and loving environment. Only love can unveil and reveal the true authenticity of each one. And only love can harmonize those differences into a happy dance of co-creation.
Peace, this state of mind when all and everything is calm and harmonious within us, receives an important place in our journey. A peaceful heart perceives and absorbs far beyond the capacities of the mind. Representing the balance point between our inner world and its outer expression, peace offers us the foundational condition to further our journey. Without a peaceful heart and mind, the inner world is clouded by personal emotions or thoughts blocking an open clarity in our relationships.
Restoring peace in oneself and within our circle is for us the most important activity before any other project. We also practice consciously being in peace with all and everyone before going on our night journey.
While journeying together into a collective co-creative manifestation, many challenges are likely to appear. Some of them will be easy to resolve, and some of them can become conflicts in oneself or in the group. Both are seeds of a disharmony we want to transform into a beneficial energy. To accompany this expansion, we offer what we call the Peace Circle.
A Peace Circle may be spontaneously formed to maintain and restore peace on all levels: peace in the minds, peace in the hearts, and peace in the actions.
Any problem or conflict that may occur will be acknowledged and treated with all involved. If this first approach cannot restore harmony, the parties agree to call in a Peace Circle. A ‘Peace Facilitator’ may be called in who assists the process and offers diverse tools to all involved in order to journey back into calmness, oneness and harmony.
This circle can be as big or as small as the need requires to regain peace among all and everything involved.
- Anyone who feels a discomfort may call in a Peace Circle.
- The Peace Circle is formed by:
- the person(s) who calls it in;
- the person(s) involved in the situation;
- a designated Peace Facilitator who accompanies a harmonious outcome for their problem;
- each of them may ask another person to assist him or her in the peace restoration
- The person(s) who calls in the Circle may prepare a snack or drink to share at the end.
- The Peace Circle uses a heartfelt communication to arrive at a harmonious resolution for all.
- A specific gesture may be formulated by the circle to heal the former discomfort.
- If one session does not obtain a peaceful agreement, more sessions are called in, until each heart is filled and nurtured with peace.
- We start and finish with a prayer.
In returning into the space of one’s heart, all embrace with a greater consciousness and more loving understanding the situation that created a disharmony.
In partaking to restore and maintain peace, one discovers the necessary steps of development toward a conscious collective awareness and learns to observe the defense mechanisms and fears that resist the opening of that consciousness. Through such understanding more love can enter into our being and one becomes free in making choices.
In practicing peace in and around us, we embrace more and more the spiritual practice that our inner being reflects itself on the outer. We consciously choose to foster thought forms of beauty, harmony, respect, sacredness, perfection, happiness, creativity, sovereignty, family and oneness–all inner seeds that will flower and perfume the air with their essence. It is this ‘fragrance’ that imbues the atmosphere and creates a peaceful environment that will inspire everyone and everything to align with it.
This energy field represents the real ‘Peace Circle’. In assimilating the tools of peaceful energy work and loving communication, we help each one to become their own peace facilitator. In sharing the knowledge of this spiritual practice, we enable everyone to become who they really are: a peaceful and happy being mastering each situation with grace and harmony. We thus create a Sanctuary where we live in universal beauty as one family.
The Peace Circle is considered an educational tool recommended for those who are asked to come. Its process always receives special attention.
